  • Non-medical support to help ease discomfort and promote relaxation during the final stages of life. Using approaches such as guided relaxation, breathing exercises, and positioning techniques, working alongside hospice care to address pain, reduce anxiety, and create moments of peace.

  • Providing clear, compassionate information to help you understand what to expect during the dying process, along with practical tools and resources for every step. This includes caregiver guidance, care coordination, and connections to community resources. Making the path smoother for you and your loved ones, so you can focus on what matters most.

  • Guidance for the final days: end of life rituals, creating a vigil plan, providing a focused and intuitive presence at the time of death..

  • Our stories, values, and memories are some of the most meaningful gifts we can leave behind. I help individuals and families capture and preserve these treasures through legacy letters, life story books, memorial books, and other personalized projects.

    Our conversations are focused on emotional support, reflection, and practical coping tools. This is not psychotherapy, but rather a safe space to talk openly about your grief and receive guidance and resources.
